House Rules
Additional charge of 100 dollars if house is left messy.
Two cars allowed. Park on right side of driveway facing the house. Downstairs guest park on the left so make sure you leave room for them. Do not park on grass as our water pipe is there. If you park on the grass you will be charged 100 dollars. If the waterline breaks because of you parking on the grass you will be billed for repair.
Do not unplug the white box/internet from the top outlet in the wall.

Very comfortable stay! The weather during our weeks ranged from snow to 70's. Heat and AC worked great! Snow removal from driveway and sidewalk was done quickly. Alexandrea was always responsive to our questions. We rented both upstairs and downstairs during our stay. Very convenient to have that option!

Alexandrea’s place in Cary, Illinois was the perfect accommodation for us to stay several days in a row while we visited family. There was plenty of space for my daughter and me, and everything was very clean. For the few things I messaged the host about, I got a response right away. We will request to stay here again in the future.

We stayed here as a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 kids. We came in from out of town to visit family over the holidays and it was the perfect place to land.
